Hello! Welcome to my blog!
I’m the girl with the pink sneakers and I started this blog because I wanted to share with you my journey of health and wellness. For 15 years I have been an on again off again Weight Watcher member. If I wouldn’t have joined at the ripe young age of 14 I never would have started this journey. At that time I was 180lbs! Weight Watchers helped me to make healthier choices and encouraged me to start moving more. Health and fitness became a priority in my life. I even started doing Triathlons and currently teach fitness classes at my local YMCA. I sometimes have a hard time realizing that just because I am a fitness fanatic doesn’t mean I can eat whatever I want. I still struggle with keeping my weight at a healthy level but I am learning how to fuel the fitness freak inside of me .
